Owner’s manual TMC Operation, RDS-TMC Setup

TMC Operation

Setting for the TMC pay service

TMC pay services are available. Registration

will be required for V-Traﬁ c (France) and RTL

(Italy).

Visit the Alpine Website (http://www.alpine-

europe.com/) and select your country. On the

website, select “Support” and then follow the

instructions to complete the registration. An

activate key will be issued. Input the activate

key on this system as follows:

For Trafﬁ c Master (GB), the system has already •

been activated when it is shipped, so you do not

need to perform this operation.

1 Press <MENU>.

2 Touch [Setup].

3 Touch the [Navi] tab.

4 Touch [TMC].

5 Touch [Input] of V-Traﬁ c (F) / RTL(I).

6 Enter the activate key.

7 Touch [OK].

Activation is performed, and the system

returns to the previous screen.

1 Press <MENU>.

The NAVIGATION Menu screen is

displayed.

2 Touch [Trafﬁ c events].

The Trafﬁ c events screen is displayed.

3 Touch an event in the list.

The detailed information of the selected

event is displayed.
